Call of Duty: Warzone players have been complaining about the audio issues following the release of the Season 1 update, and have finally brought the attention of developers—Raven Software.
Players Frustrated by Warzone Audio Glitches
Many players have reported muffled audio and an inability to hear enemy footsteps, which has severely impacted gameplay. These issues, which seem to have worsened after the November 14 update, are part of a larger problem that Warzone has faced in previous updates.
Raven Software reposted Call of Duty X post,
“We are investigating reports of audio issues across Warzone, including concerns regarding footstep audio. We’ll share any updates as they become available.”
The developers have acknowledged the challenge fans have been facing, until they share any further news, Players can track the progress of the fix on their Trello board.
New Patch: Exciting Additions But Lingering Issues
The November 15 patch brought both thrill and disappointment—Some are upset about the audio issue, frustrated over the removal of legacy XP tokens and a visual bug ruining the Saug SMG experience.
However, In the midst of the backlash, update introduced enhanced support for PS5, new plus returning maps, modes and their adjustments , and Custom Loadout slots have increased from 10 to 12. Additionally the problems related to buy stations and AEK-973 Marksman Rifle have been resolved.
Although these fixes are no replacement for the on-going problem but after hearing from Raven Software, fans are hopeful to get rid of it soon. Looking ahead, Warzone players have much to anticipate.
