New Characters, Battles, & Custom Content
The “Hero of Justice” DLC is one of the biggest surprises for Dragon Ball fans, they will get to play with the characters that have been missing in the game till now, but not anymore. Players can now control fan favorites like:
- Gohan (Super Hero)
- Ultimate Gohan
- Beast Gohan
- Gohan (Super Saiyan 2)
- Piccolo (Super Hero)
- Orange Piccolo
- Piccolo (Potential Unlocked)
- Giant Piccolo
- Cell Max
- Gamma 1
- Gamma 2
- Piccolo Red Ribbon Army Disguise Costume
- 3 Custom Battles
- 72 hours of Early Access (with a Season Pass)
The DLC doesn’t just stop with characters. There will be three custom battles for players to access, allowing the thrilling matches, including Gohan vs. Goku, Android vs. Android faceoff and a combat against the Cell Max. These battles promise the rush of adrenaline and high-intensity action.
Moreover, players will get to hear about more patches as the game continues to evolve, Bandai Namco assured fans regarding future updates. The game created a breaking record right after the launch, sold three million copies in a single day and now this DLC content is a step towards maintaining this position.
The upcoming DLCs are expected to include characters like Glorio and MiniVegeta from the Dragon Ball: Daima series, as per GameRant. The game has successfully attained the status of one of the top-selling games, and in December 2024, its concurrent Steam players were recorded as 100,000.
Although the game faced criticism and complaints regarding some issues, like rage quitting, developers have fixed it and are working further to cope with other problems. Now, with DLC, the studio is making sure that players stay hooked to the game, and the fever of Dragon Ball Sparking Zero may remain the same.
