Ariana Grande has offered fans a sneak peek into Eternal Sunshine Deluxe. Grande released Eternal Sunshine in March 2024. The album is a highly anticipated follow-up to Grande’s concept album. Eternal Sunshine is based on the 2004 movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. A man (Jim Carey) wishes to remove his memories of his girlfriend when he learns she is also getting hers removed. In the end, he decides against it.

Many songs on the album are believed to be inspired by Grande’s marriage to Dalton Gomez. They began dating in 2021, married the following year, and divorced in 2024. Currently, the We Can’t Be Friends Singer is dating her Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater. Cheekily Grande has teased the deluxe album for a few months now, but with her track listings, fans have even more to speculate about.
The album will consist of six new tracks. The first will be an extended version of Intro (End of the World). Then will be followed by Twilight Zone, Warm, Dandelion, Past Life, and Hampstead.

On her Instagram Stories, Grande premiered a sneak peek at one of the new tracks on Eternal Sunshine Deluxe. Fans reposted the clip, excited to guess what track Grande was premiering.

Fans on X thought that the song was one of the ballad tracks of the six new tracks Grande premiered. Guesses from fans in the comments wrote out the lyrics to read “fear me, stranger. A little bit of sugar, danger. Rather be seen and alive than dying”.
Many speculated these lyrics were dedicated to Gomez. As many of the tracks on Eternal Sunshine were speculated to be about her ex, like Bye and I Wish I Hated You. Particularly, the part about being alive and not dying could refer to wanting to be alone to feel that spark again, rather than staying in a relationship that has no life in it.
But you’ll just have to wait for the album release.
What about the Eternal Sunshine Deluxe film?
Yes, there is a short film as well!
Last week, Grande unveiled a sneak peek of the Brighter Days short film. The first shows Grande looking into a mirror, which looks like her older self. The most recent sneak peek shows the singer in a wheelchair in the waiting room of Brighter Days Inc.
There is a static sound, which sounds like the sneak peek may show the singer having her memories removed.
In another picture, one fan noticed it looked like Grande had stitches on her neck. Perhaps this could indicate she had the memory erasure? Still, the details of the Eternal Sunshine Deluxe short film are being kept under wraps.
