The cast of horror threequel A Quiet Place: Part III has been announced with returning favourites and new members – but where have you seen them before?

For horror fans, the silence has been broken and we have details on who will be starring in A Quiet Place: Part III.
Director John Krasinski made the announcement on Instagram for what will be the third and final instalment of the original A Quiet Place story. John has announced the main cast members and when it will be in theaters.
The movie will be out on July 30, 2027, so fans still have a while to wait to see how the story concludes. And, while we know who will be featuring in the movie – and there are some returning favourites as well as newcomers to the franchise – nothing has been given away about what the plot might be.
But who is in A Quiet Place: Part III and where have you seen them before?
Emily Blunt
Emily has played Evelyn Abbott in the first two A Quiet Place movies. But Emily is a well-known face to movie lovers across the world and starred in some big films over the years. For instance, she took on the iconic role of Mary Poppins for Mary Poppins Returns in 2018 and she received an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Catherine Oppenheimer in Oppenheimer in 2023.
Cillian Murphy
Irish actor Cillian first appeared in A Quiet Place: Part II as Emmett, who is a friend of Lee Abbott’s and a hardened but reclusive survivor and returns for the next part.
Cillian has recently reprised his iconic role of gangster Tommy Shelby in Netflix movie Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man. He also starred alongside Emily in Oppenheimer, with Cillian playing the eponymous scientist – a role for which he won a Best Actor Oscar.
Millicent Simmonds
Millicent has played Regan Abbott, daughter of Evelyn, in both A Quiet Place movies. Regan is deaf, and so is Millicent – something director John was keen to have. As well as A Quiet Place, Millicent has starred in movies such as Wonderstruck in 2017, when she was just 12.
Millicent is also in Pretty Lethal, an action thriller that will be released on Amazon Prime Video on March 25.
Noah Jupe
Noah Jupe has played Marcus Abbott, the Abbotts’ eldest son, in both movies and returns alongside the others. Noah has also appeared in both series of British spy thriller series The Night Manager in 2016 and 2026. He also appeared in sports drama Ford v Ferrari (or Le Mans 66 outside of the US).
Jack O’Connell
English actor Jack is a newcomer to the A Quiet Place franchise. However, he has had significant recent success in Hollywood. He was in six-times Oscar winner Sinners as Remmick, one of the movie’s main antagonists, an Irish vampire who wants to turn everyone in Smoke and Stack’s joint into vampires.
He was also recently seen in another horror movie, 28 Days Later: The Bone Temple, as satanic cult leader ‘Sir Lord’ Jimmy Crystal.
Jason Clarke
Australian actor Jason Clarke has appeared in numerous movies over the years including, you guessed it, Oppenheimer (he played Roger Robb). Other films he has appeared in over the years include Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and Terminator Genisys (he was John Conner/T-3000). On TV, he was Jerry West in Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty.
Katy O’Brian
Katy has been in a few action movies in recent years, including playing Jentorra in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania in 2023 and Kodiak in Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. On TV, she played Elia Kane in seasons two and three of The Mandalorian.
