Fortnite continues to surprise players, the game has brought back the Dragon Ball skins, but this time, it’s a mixed bag for fans as they can only buy them through the webshop. The much-loved skins from the legendary anime have returned, sparking excitement across the gaming community.

Dragon Ball Skins are Back with a Catch

However, Epic Games forgot to add the Dragon Ball section to the in-game, instead of being in Fortnite’s Item Shop, these collectibles are hiding in plain sight, and players can’t purchase directly from the shop as usual.

To understand how this happened, let’s take a step back. In Fortnite’s early days, the item shop wasn’t exploding with a massive range of items as it does today, the game’s increasing popularity impacted it as well. Today, it has expanded so much that it offers sea of options t players.

And it’s not just Fortnite originals anymore—collaborations with big-name franchises have made the shop a cultural hub, showcasing everything from Marvel superheroes to Dragon Ball characters.

How to Grab Your Favorite Skins Despite the Glitch

The Dragon Ball skins are always a crowd-pleaser and were supposed to make a return on December 31 at 7 PM ET. These include Goku Black, Trunks, Frieza, Cell, Android 17, and Android 18.

Fans waited eagerly to see their favorite characters but these skins never appeared, leaving fans confused. ShiinaBR, known for the credible Fortnite dropped an X post mentioning that:

“The Dragon Ball skins are currently in the Item Shop, but Epic forgot to add their shop sections, which means the skins aren’t visible in the Item Shop (Noticed by @FNBRintel)”

Don’t worry, though! There’s still a way to snag these iconic skins, thanks to Fortnite’s Webshop. It allows players to buy cosmetics directly from their web browser.

All you need to do is log in with your Epic Games account, browse the available items, and make your purchase. Additionally, you’ll find pickaxes like Frieza’s Spaceship Staff and the Ki-Scythe to complete your look.

While Epic’s oversight might be frustrating, the small bump in the road must not stop fans from celebrating the comeback of iconic skins special to hardcore Dragon Ball series enthusiasts. So promptly head to the webshop and grab your favorite item.
