Boygenius might not have released new music in nearly two years, but a new update has brought them back to the internet’s attention. Eagle-eyed fans will have already had a strong suspicion that Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker were loved up.

Dacus has supplied those fans with sweet vindication in a The New Yorker profile tied to her new album, Forever Is A Feeling.

The Grammy-winning group also includes Phoebe Bridgers. They first formed in 2018. After dropping their self-titled EP, they took a break before dropping their first full LP, The Record. Following their absolute anthem, Not Strong Enough, their world tour took them to new heights.
