The Marvel Rivals fans have got another surprise besides the 1.5 update: the Twitch drop is available starting from 21 February 2025.

So those who want to grab exciting rewards may stick to their seats and watch the Marvel Rivals stream. This announcement is the cherry on top for the already thrilled fans who are looking forward to the new update, bringing plenty of new content for them to dive into.

Earn Free Rewards with Twitch Drops

To double the celebration Marvel Rivals has announced it via X post, offering free Twitch Drops to players who will watch the steam, making it amazing opportunity to attain exclusive rewards.

This event is starting from 21 February 2025, 12 PM UTC till 6 March 2025, 11:59 PM UTC. To claim rewards, players will have to link their Marvel account to their Twitch account and then watch any Marvel Rivals stream with Twitch Drops enabled for the required time.

After finishing watching, they can go to their Twitch inventory and redeem the items; afterward, the reward will appear in the game upon logging in.

Available Rewards

  • “Two-in-One” Spray – Features Human Torch and The Thing, which can be attained by watching the stream for 30 minutes.
  • “Great Galaxy” Emote (Hela) can be attained by watching a stream for 2 hours.

Mixed Reactions & More Rewards Await!

While many gamers are gearing up to claim these free rewards, some have expressed disappointment as they were expecting a skin, users replied to the Marvel Rivals tweet. One user commented, “I’ll have to pass on this one. Watching Twitch streamers for two sprays isn’t worth it to me.”

Another wrote, “An emote and a spray, really?” and many of them commented, “No skin?”, however, other users defended the creators by mentioning that the first Twitch Drop offered skin so it’s not a big deal if it is not included this time.

Hold on, players craving for skin and more exclusive rewards, there is still an opportunity; those who attain Gold rank in Competitive Mode by the end of Season 1 will receive the Blood Shield skin for Invisible Woman and the Blood Blaze costume for Human Torch.

If someone has already attained the rank before the update, then they just have to play 10 Competitive matches to become eligible for Human Torch skin. Moreover, the update is finally introducing the remaining Fantastic Four characters: Human Torch and The Thing.

There is also a new Dracula-themed map: Central Park, a new battle location for maps waiting ahead. With tons of new stuff and Twitch Drops, fans are super excited and can’t wait to try out skins, sprays, and Fantastic Four Heroes.
