Spotify Wrapped 2024 could drop any day now and some Reddit users are convinced they’ve predicted exactly when it’ll arrive.
What’s more, if their online detective work is to be believed, Spotify Wrapped 2024 could be arriving far sooner than we think.
For all those who haven’t heard of Spotify Wrapped before, it’s essentially a round-up of all the things you’ve listened to on the Spotify app over the past year.

This much we know… but what we don’t know is when Spotify Wrapped 2024 will drop – or do we? Reddit seems to have it all figured out.
When will my Spotify Wrapped 2024 drop?
According to Reddit, Spotify Wrapped 2024 could drop on Wednesday 4 December 2024.
Eagle-eyed Spotify fans landed on this date thanks to a range of different data. Traditionally, Spotify Wrapped lands on a Wednesday. The app has chosen this day for the past four years, with 2022’s edition arriving on Wednesday 30 November and 2021’s Wrapped appearing on Wednesday 1 December.
Plus, Spotify’s music round-up usually arrives around Thanksgiving and with that date now passed, Reddit has suggested the next likely date is Wednesday 4 December.
However, there’s more.
One Reddit user noticed that a post from Spotify Indonesia suggested a Spotify Wrapped concert has been planned for Thursday 5 December. This has supported fans’ theories that Spotify Wrapped 2024 will land the day before the gig.
“Spotify Wrapped Live Indonesia occurred the day after Wrapped was released in the states last year,” said a user named Starryrz.
“We got wrapped on November 29th, wrapped live was on November 30th. Based on this we will get wrapped on December 4th assuming it follows this pattern again.”
When does Spotify stop tracking data for Wrapped 2024?
Usually, Spotify stops tracking user data for their Wrapped round-ups on Halloween, 31 October.
This means that previous Wrapped infographics weren’t strictly an accurate reflection of your entire year in music, as November and December were omitted.

However, this year, the streamer posted an update suggesting they’ll keep collecting data beyond this date.
Unfortunately, the post didn’t state when they’d stop collecting your music data.

Meanwhile, the streamer hasn’t dished out many clues as to when we can expect Wrapped 2024 to officially drop.
In late November, they simply said it was “coming soon.”
