Sabrina Carpenter may have had a bumper 2024 – but she shows no sign of showing down this year.

Ahead of the Grammy awards on February 3 – for which she is nominated for six gongs – Carpenter, 25, is also reportedly set to perform in a huge UK awards show.

While the Brit Awards celebrate artists from across Blighty, they also include categories such as Best International Artist – with nominations expected to be announced later this month.

And Carpenter is apparently in talks to take to the stage on the night, which will take place on March 1 at London’s O2 Arena.

“The Brit Awards is all about celebrating incredible musicians and Sabrina dominated 2024,” a source told The Sun. “They are in advanced negotiations to get her on stage at the show and are pulling out all the stops to make sure it can happen.”

The insider continued, “Sabrina’s had a phenomenal year, and broke the record in the charts in the UK by becoming the youngest female artist to hold the No1 and No2 spot in the charts in the same week.

“She is a musician the Brits want to champion and they know that her performance would be a real ratings winner with all the viewers watching the ceremony at home on ITV.”

Said to be joining Carpenter in the lineup on the night is Chappell Roan.

The Good Luck, Babe! Singer, 26 – who recently performed alongside Carpenter in her holiday special, A Nonsense Christmas – was the breakout star of last year.

“It has been such an amazing year for female musicians and the Brit Awards want to celebrate that,” another source told the outlet. “Chappell became such a key figure in music in 2024 that organisers have been pushing the boat out to secure a performance.

“So far, it is looking good. She is known for putting on incredible performances so having a major American star like her on the stage would be a real coup.

“The hope is that contracts can be signed in the next few weeks.”

And one member of Roan’s inner circle would love to see her take to the stage – her mom, Kara.

Last year, Roan admitted, “My mum would love to go to the Grammys or the Brits.

“I’m kind of hoping I don’t win, because then everyone will get off my a**. ‘See guys, we did it and we didn’t win, bye!’ I won’t have to do this again!”

Of course, if Carpenter does perform at the Brits, it won’t be her only UK show of 2025.

On March 3, the Feather singer will begin the European leg of her Short n’ Sweet tour.

Playing 20 dates across the continent, Carpenter will perform eight of those in the UK and Ireland – in cities such as Dublin, Manchester and London.

Not only that, but the former Disney star is also set to headline the British Summer Time festival in London’s Hyde Park – so her UK fans have plenty to look forward to!
