Despite being in the industry for a long while, Tati Gabrielle has become a mainstream actress since starring in The Last of Us season 2. She plays Nora, a member of Abby’s crew whom Ellie (Bella Ramsey) tries to hunt down.
Gabrielle is also a member of the Netflix family, having three major roles in the streamer’s shows. Most recently, she reprised her role in You season 5 as Marienne Bellamy, a former librarian who fell for Joe in season 3, outran him in season 4, and helped take him down in season 5.

1. Marienne Bellamy – You seasons 3 – 5
Perhaps her most recognizable role outside of The Last of Us is her three-season run in You. Marienne Bellamy is a librarian with whom Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) has an affair in You season 3. Marienne has a difficult situation, raising her daughter and fighting for custody of her with her abusive ex, as well as being a former addict.
Later, Marienne realizes what kind of person Joe is and flees to Paris with her daughter Juliette. She manages to make him think she’s dead, only to return in season 5 to help Kate Lockwood, Joe’s current wife (Charlotte Richie), take him down for good.
She is Joe’s best girlfriend, a genuinely sweet but clever woman whom Gabrielle played impeccably.
2. Prudence – The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Seasons 1-3
Interestingly, Gabrielle played a villain in The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. In the Netflix remake of the ABC sitcom, she played Prudence, the illegitimate daughter of Father Blackwood. She is a witch who is part of the group of the Weird Sisters and is Sabrina Spellman’s (Kiernan Shipka) enemy.
However, Prudence develops into becoming friendly with Sabrina and develops empathy for her peers. Additionally, she learns to challenge her beliefs, particularly about Sabrina and her ‘half-breed’ nature. She learns to harness her power not through control, but through intense learning and working with her peers.

3. Gaia – The 100 Seasons 4 – 7
Arguably, Gabrielle’s breakout role was playing Gaia in The CW dystopian show The 100. In the show, Gabrielle played the recurring role, which saw her play the daughter of Indra, a Grounder warrior. Not only was Gaia a badass, but she was also an amazing fighter, which we imagine helped prepare Gabrielle for her later roles.
Gaia provides a perspective to The 100 fans of the Grounders and their religious protocol. She is very dedicated to her faith and is tasked with being the Flamekeeper after her mentor Titus dies. Overall, this is one of Gabrielle’s early roles, but we love Gaia all the same.
4. Uncharted – 2022
In 2022, Gabrielle had one of her breakout roles in the action-adventure film Uncharted, which stars Tom Holland. In the film, Gabrielle plays Jo Braddock, a mercenary and the antagonist of Holland’s character Nathan. She was praised for her role in the movie and likened to several villains from the video game series.
Also, this marks one of Gabrielle’s big blockbuster debuts, which makes it more recognizable than some of her previous work.
5. Kaleidoscope – 1 season
Briefly, Gabrielle starred in the Netflix thriller show as Hannah Kim in 2023. Hannah Kim is the pregnant daughter of Leo (Ray Vernon). She plays the head of the digital security firm SLS. Unfortunately, the show was only a limited series by the streamer, but we hope for more from the star.
6. The Supremes at Earl’s All-You-Can-Eat
Another one of Gabrielle’s big movies came in 2024 with The Supremes at Earl’s All-You-Can-Eat. In the comedy-drama, Gabrielle plays young Barbara Jean. Present-day Barbara Jean is played by Sanaa Lathan.
In the film, which follows the three best friends through different periods of their lives, Gabrielle appears as a version of Barbara Jean in the 1960s with her younger friends. For her role, Gabrielle was praised as her character faces many personal challenges, such as abuse from her stepfather and the racial challenges of her relationship with Ray, a white busboy (Ryan Paynter).
Furthermore, Gabrielle shows in this role that she can continue to play a flawed character who grapples with her decisions but who audiences ultimately root for.
