Upon the release of her new album, The Tortured Poets Department, Taylor Swift’s fans have taken to social media in their droves to share videos featuring the hitmaker’s latest tracks.

But one lucky follower hit the jackpot – when Swift, 34, herself labeled his clip “the official music video”.

TikTok creator Giacomo Benavides took to the streaming app to post his rendition of Swift’s song, The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.

Singing along to the lyrics, Benavides gave a passionate performance to the song – which paid off when Swift dropped into the comments section!

“This is the official music video,” wrote the Karma singer, and added a trophy emoji.

Benavides could hardly believe his luck, and replied, “MOTHER?!???!? SCREAMING CRYING THROWING UPPPPPPP”, with three crying emojis.

The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived is widely believed to be about Swift’s short-lived romance with The 1975 frontman Matty Healy, 35. The pair briefly dated in the summer of 2023, following her breakup with her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn, 33.

Healy previously broke his silence on featuring in many of Swift’s new ‘diss tracks’ – which, according to Internet sleuths, include The Tortured Poets Department, Guilty as Sin?, But Daddy I Love Him, Down Bad, The Black Dog, I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can), and Fresh Out the Slammer.

Caught on camera in Los Angeles, Healy insisted he “hadn’t really listened to that much of it [the album]”, adding, “I’m sure it’s good”.
