She’s one of the biggest pop stars on the planet.

But despite having an army of fans, Taylor Swift evidently isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

In a bizarre video that has been circulating online, it seems that the singer, 34, has riled up a very, ahem, select group of people.

In footage from the Ellis County Wild Game Dinner in Waxahachie, Texas, a man can be seen winning a guitar signed by Swift in an auction – and reportedly bid $4000 for the instrument.

But rather than taking his coveted prize home to cherish, the video shows how he immediately begins to destroy it with a hammer.

As the man returns to his seat with the broken guitar, the auctioneer laughs, passes him a box and says, “Now take that and hang up that busted thing.”

In an interview, one attendee revealed, “A Taylor Swift guitar had sold at another event unrelated to this earlier in the year, so it wasn’t an unheard of type of item to auction.

“That said… when the man announced his intention to smash it the camera phones came out.”

They added, “It was unexpected, but not surprising. This part of Texas leans heavily conservative and the Biden/Harris administration isn’t held in high regard.

“A lot of the working class people that live around me feel that the administration has gone from not working for us, to working against us.”

Trump takes on Swift

It’s unsurprising that Swift isn’t currently flavor of the month with Trump supporters.

Last month, the Cruel Summer singer endorsed democratic candidate Kamala Harris and her running mate Tim Walz in the upcoming presidential election.

In a post to her 283 million Instagram fans on September 11, Swift wrote, “I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.

“I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.”

She added, “I’ve done my research, and I’ve made my choice. Your research is all yours to do, and the choice is yours to make. I also want to say, especially to first time voters: Remember that in order to vote, you have to be registered! I also find it’s much easier to vote early. I’ll link where to register and find early voting dates and info in my story.”

In the days following her statement, Trump took to his Truth Social platform to make his feelings very clear.

“I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!” he wrote.

Swift’s endorsement drove more than 400,000 visitors to the vote.gov website in under 24 hours.
