Ben Affleck appears to be having the time of his life on the press tour for new action movie The Accountant 2.

Promoting the new action sequel alongside co-star Jon Bernthal, Affleck has seemed to be in a boisterous, dare we say RAMBUNCTIOUS mood in interviews and junkets.

The Accountant 2 is a sequel to 2016’s surprise box office smash The Accountant, which pulled in just north of $155m off a $44m budget. The films follow Christian Wolff (Affleck), an accountant with autism who “audits financial books” for some of the most dangerous criminals in the world. The likes of J.K. Simmons, Anna Kendrick and Cynthia Addai-Robinson also star across the two films.

But it is the leading man who has been stealing the show promoting the film, with Bernthal egging him on along the way.

Because who doesn’t want to see Ben Affleck rhyme off his Mount Rushmore of hip hop?

Or choose “Clooney with the nipples” as his favourite Batman of all time?

Or how about him and Jon Bernthal getting excited about their favourite childhood WWE wrestlers?

Let us not gloss over Affleck’s gorgeous grasp of Spanish that had Jon Bernthal shook…

And of course, a trip to the Criterion Closet that will forever be immortalised by Affleck stumbling back across Armageddon…

Then there was Big Ben’s sit down with the Kelce brothers, where he excitedly shared his story about playing in the Super Bowl with Tom Brady. Sort of…

Some big laughs were also shared with Theo Von in what looked like another great hang…

Affleck recently praised ex-wife Jennifer Lopez during an interview with GQ as someone who has “handled celebrity more adeptly and more adroitly than I have.”

“My temperament is to be a little bit more reserved and private than hers,” he added.

“As happens in relationships, you don’t always have the same attitude towards these things,” Affleck continued. “And so I thought, Oh, this is interesting because how do you reconcile that? Because … I love and support this person. I believe in them. They’re great. I want people to see that.”
