Kanye West, (or Ye) and his girlfriend Bianca Censori made headlines again on February 2. Spoiler alert: it’s for public indecency. Yes, Censori stripped naked on the Grammy’s red carpet, removing her fur coat in front of everyone. Underneath she wore a completely sheer dress. The action sent viewers and the media into a frenzy. Two days later, Censori’s name is still in the headlines. Would you believe these two have had a long relationship timeline? Probably not.
The stunt caused a lot of speculation among viewers online. Some thought Censori planned the stunt, while others thought West made her do it. Some fans tried to read the model’s lips as she spoke to her boyfriend. Some fans argued she says to him she “doesn’t want to do it”. Is ‘it’ being almost naked in front of a carpet of people? Well, when the two tried to enter the Grammys, they were reportedly kicked out as they weren’t invited. Ouch. However, these are just rumors. West reportedly defended her outfit, calling it “art”.

However, it isn’t the first time the couple has been in the headlines for such stunts. In August 2023 in Venice, Italy, the couple faced criticism for being photographed in a compromising position in a water taxi. Subsequently, they were banned by the taxi company for a violation of conduct. During this vacation, Censori was criticized for her outfits, often photographed in minimal or sheer clothing.

Bianca Censori is an Australian architect born on 5 January 1995 in Melbourne, Australia. Censori has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in architecture from the University Of Melbourne. She created a jewelry brand, Nylons, after leaving high school.
Censori knew West through work. She is the Head Of Architecture At Yeezy, the rapper’s brand. Since the Grammys incident, Censori has posted a photo of herself in the sheer dress on her Instagram. West has also linked to “the invisible dress” on an Instagram post.

Kanye West or Ye, is a rapper, record producer, and brand owner. He was born on June 8, 1977 in Atlanta, Georgia. He is considered one of the most influential figures in hip-hop and gained prominence with his 2004 album, The College Dropout. He is also known for hits like Stronger and Goldgigger. He has won over 24 Grammys, but in recent years he is known more for his controversies, which we won’t get into.
West was in several high-profile relationships, with model Amber Rose, a marriage to Kim Kardashian, and now with Censori.

In December 2022, Kanye made the first hint at a relationship with his co-worker Bianca Censori by releasing a song on Instagram titled, Censori Overload. Um…
January 2023 – The couple were spotted out together
The whirlwind romance became public around this time. Censori and West were spotted holding hands and coming out of a hotel on a date. Not all work then? Some play too. They had multiple outings at this time.
A few weeks later, reports surfaced that the two had married, even though there wasn’t proof of a real marriage license. Sources say the ‘marriage’ happened two months after West’s divorce from his ex-wife was finalized. They reportedly took part in a marriage ceremony.
They were spotted out at a dinner with West and some of his children in late January. On West’s hand, reportedly was a gold ring.

Their romance continued, with them having been together for a few months, at least publicly. A source told Us Weekly at the Time: “Kanye feels like he finally met someone who truly gets him and loves him for the person he is. Bianca complements Kanye on so many levels and he loves that they can work and collaborate together on projects. He appreciates and respects her opinions, even if they don’t always agree. She really keeps him grounded and he’s feeling better than ever”.
August 2023 – The Venice controversy
Censori and West were together in Venice, an integral part of their relationship timeline. Censori was spotted with West numerous times, once in a compromising position and in controversial outfits. They received lots of backlash for their behavior, although the two continued their trip as normal.
September 2023 – Wedding Crashers
The following month still in the city, West and Censori reportedly crashed a wedding without an invite.
November 2023 – Splitsville?
Rumors about their split run rampant, but the two are spotted getting cozy in Dubai. In October, reports surfaced about West’s alleged rules for Censori, which included rules on her fashion, diet, and social etiquette.
January 2024 – Public Love
West wished his girlfriend a happy 29th birthday on Instagram with a tribute. He addresses her lovingly as his ” beautiful super bad iconic muse”….and more. Aw…We think?
March 2024 – Listening Party Public
For the first time in a while, Censori and West were seen together at a listening party for his album, Vultures 2, in San Franciso, California.
July 2024 – Lawsuit
Not necessarily a relationship update, but Censori was named. Eight of the rapper’s former employees sued him for a hostile work environment and unpaid wages. The suit alleges that Censori sent inappropriate images to a Yeezy employee. The 30-year-old has denied the allegations. West’s Chief of Staff also denied them on her behalf, calling the allegations “offensive, disgusting, abhorrent and categorically and wholly false.”
February 2025 – The Grammys appearance
Kanye might’ve taken it literally when he said “Showing up to the Grammys mad” on Ego Death. The two once again were at the center of headlines at the 2025 Grammys. You know what happened. Walking hand-in-hand, taking photos, and then Censori turns around and shows off…everything.
After the incident, West defended himself and his wife. He shared a photo of her body and the photo on Instagram of the dress. Well, guess they’re back together then?
