The Thursday Murder Club is gearing up for its Netflix TV show adaptation.
Based on a 2020 book by Richard Osman, it tells the tale of a group of amateur retiree detectives hellbent on solving a murder in their English town.
The author said earlier this month, “I’m so proud of this book, so it is a dream to see The Thursday Murder Club in such incredible hands. From Chris Columbus to Amblin to Netflix, there are geniuses everywhere I look. And what a cast. I’m pinching myself.”

Here is who will be starring in Chris Columbus’ film with a screenplay penned by Katy Brand, which is expected to be out on 28 August on the streaming service.
