- Treyarch revamped Archie’s Festival Frenzy, granting all rewards at the event’s end for a hassle-free experience
- Rewards include the Nazir Operator Skin, AMR Mod 4 Sniper Rifle, and perks for all players
- A glitch unlocking rewards early likely influenced this fairness-focused update

Treyarch has brought a refreshing twist to its Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Archie’s Festival Frenzy event is no more about grinding for rewards, instead of unlocking rewards during the event, players will now receive all rewards at the event’s end.
Launched recently, this limited-time event was designed to reward players for their in-game efforts, but it became an overwhelming event rather than offering excitement. Considering this the developers have shifted the whole idea, allowing everyone to participate stress-free.
What’s New in Archie’s Festival Frenzy?
The event, running from December 19, 2024, to January 3, 2025, revolves around collecting a special in-game currency called Jolly Archies. Initially, players had to earn and unlock rewards by collecting Jolly Archies through multiple ways: eliminations in multiplayer or zombies, or by finding them in Warzone caches.
However, this isn’t a scenario anymore, now players don’t have to rush while worrying about attaining the rewards, they can enjoy the event and “play at their own pace” and all rewards will be unlocked once the event comes to an end.
This update ensures a more relaxed experience, allowing everyone to play as they like rather than bounding them. Archie’s Festival Frenzy encloses a treasure trove of rewards: AMR Mod 4 Sniper Rifle, Nazir Operator Skin, weapon attachments, perks, and more that cater to both casual and hardcore gamers.
The reward list features items at varying levels of Jolly Archies, ensuring players could previously prioritize what mattered most to them. Now, this prioritization isn’t necessary, as everyone will receive the full lineup, leveling the playing field for all participants.
Why the Change?
The community is calling out glitches as the main cause behind this shift which unlocked all rewards for some players without them doing any hustle. To address the unfairness this created, Treyarch opted to make the rewards universal.
By doing so, they’ve not only resolved a potential controversy but have introduced inclusivity to the event. Players are quite satisfied with this move and can get amused with all the content in a better way.
