- Jools Lebron has taken social media by storm with her TikTok videos
- The content creator has amassed 35 million views on a single video
- Celebrity fans include Olivia Rodrigo, Jennifer Lopez and Penn Badgely

Every so often, a random video will explode on the Internet.
And that’s exactly what happened to content creator Jools Lebron this week.
The TikToker has won a place in the hearts and psyches of social media users, after sharing clips of how to be a very “demure” and “mindful” person.
Under the username Joolieannie, Lebron posted a video titled ‘How to be demure at work’ on August 2.
Giving pointers like laying her wig down and doing her makeup properly, Jools pointed out she’s being “very demure, very mindful” about her look, reminding viewers, “Let’s not forget to be demure, divas.”
While that 17-second clip has amassed 7.3 million views, another clip – titled ‘How to be demure and modest and respectful at the work place’ – has garnered 35 million watches.
Since then, Lebron has given advice on how to be “cutesy” in everything, from ‘How to get your nails done and be demure’ to ‘How to be demure when you’re hungover and have to go to the CVS’.
‘The trauma of retail work gets to you!’
Of course, social media loved Lebron’s videos – and the creator has even shared that she is now able to afford her gender affirming care after support from fans.
And it’s not just regular TikTok users who are going wild for her content – as Lebron has also attracted the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Penn Badgely and Olivia Rodrigo.
On Monday August 19, Lebron even made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel.
With Ru Paul serving as guest co-host for the episode, the drag queen asked what inspired her to upload the clip
Lebron quipped, “Apparently, the trauma that comes from working a retail job gets to you enough that you start saying ‘demure’ on the internet.”
She revealed that she works at a Mariano’s grocery store in Illinois, describing it as “very cutesy,” and – naturally – “very demure.”
