Apex Legends has launched the trailer of the highly anticipated Winter’s Haunt event, to double the vibe of the season with action and fun. The event is returning on December 17, bringing festive cheer and action-packed gameplay to the battle royale game.
All Aboard the Winter Express!
Winter Express fans can look forward to the limited-time game mode; it requires three squads of combat to control a moving train, offering a fast-paced environment.
To earn points players have to either capture the train or take down the enemies. This mode has an OG fan base, those who aren’t familiar were first introduced to Apex Legends during the 2019 Winter Event, and anything that brings nostalgia feels like a sweet treat for gamers.
Besides the fresh gameplay, it encloses new rewards and plenty of opportunities to earn limited-time cosmetics to make your Legends stand out. Players can earn Ice Gems to unlock exclusive prizes: Earn Ice Gems for Valkyrie and Triple Take skins.
Unlock Frosty Rewards and Legends
These gems can be attained through completing daily challenges, and for additional rewards, you can spend them in Winter’s Haunt Reward Shop. Winter’s Haunt Event Apex Packs offers 30 exclusive cosmetics — Bloodhound’s Heirloom “Winter’s Bane”, and Reactive Hemlok skin “Attunement” and more.
These packs will be available at the time of the event, each with one event item and two standard items. The best part is there will be no duplication of event items.
Moreover, Apex Packs and 150 Heirloom Shards are also waiting ahead for players to grab them, those who are motivated to gain Milestone rewards.
