Zendaya getting hitched to Tom Holland is one of the most hotly anticipated weddings in the Hollywood nupitals calendar.
While we don’t know the details of the day, we imagine each element will be meticulously planned out and importantly fabulous. Every bride knows they have to be perfect; the dress, the menu, the guestlist and so on.
Along with this, we don’t really know much about the couple because they keep a relatively low profile. One person speaking out about their relationship is Zendaya’s half-sister Latonja Coleman. She met the Spider-Man star at a family get-together on Thanksgiving several years ago.

“They’ve been together for quite some time and I actually met him on Thanksgiving of 2018. He’s really, really cool,” she told The Sun newspaper.
“He’s down to earth and my family likes him. They just look like an odd couple because he’s so short and she’s so tall.
“But other than that, I think he’s the one for her.”

The half-sisters share a father and don’t appear to speak often.
Lantoja added to the tabloid, “I saw Zendaya at my grandmother’s funeral last month.
“I hadn’t seen her since Thanksgiving 2018 when we all went to her house.

“When I tried to talk to her, she just gave me a one-arm hug. It felt like I was just a fan.
“Zendaya is very active with my other sister and brother’s kids, but my grandkids don’t even know her. They think she’s just from the Disney Channel.”
When did Zendaya and Tom Holland get engaged?
Zendaya and Holland had the news of their engagement confirmed back in January 2025. The news was confirmed by TMZ after the Dune star was spotted around town with a huge ring on her finger.
A source close to the pair added to PEOPLE that “everyone close to them knew it an engagement was happening” before he got down on one knee.
They added, “He’s always been crazy about her. He always knew she was the one. They have something very special.”
