Oh no, another influencer’s viral routine has blown up because it’s a bizarre morning routine. Online fitness coach Ashton Hall posted his morning routine, which had people talking. Mainly because some of the parts of the routine were slightly unrealistic. The video has since garnered almost 100 million views on TikTok.

Hall is an ex-college football player who has quite the following already. On TikTok, the 29-year-old has 4.8 million followers and 8.9 million on Instagram. Since his viral video, Hall has continued to post motivational content and routines as well as dunking his head in Saratoga water. A 28oz bottle of it costs $3.79, just for reference!

The video starts with Hall waking up at 3:50 am, removing mouth tape from his mouth. He does a few basic hygiene things (normal) and then for some reason, does press-ups on his balcony for a few minutes. After that, he gets into journaling and listening to a Christian preacher. Pretty normal? No, here is where it gets strange.

The fitness influencer then pours some Saratoga water into a bowl with ice and dunks his head into it. After that, he does some cardio in the gym dives into the swimming pool, and proceeds to float in mid-air for four minutes, according to timestamps.

After that, he showers, and for some reason, wipes his face with banana peel. Yeah, we don’t know about that one. Another memorable part was when an unidentified girl brought Hall his food, people joked about who it could be. He also dunks his head in his beloved Saratoga water for a second time in five hours.

How did the internet react to the influencer’s viral routine?

The internet was flabbergasted, to say the least. But X users brought out the memes and made the influencer’s viral routine funny. YouTube star Mr Beast chimed in on the morning routine. The Youtuber wrote in a post, “I accidentally slept in and missed my morning routine”.

Jokingly he posted screenshots of texts from his ‘personal assistant’ instructing him to get up and repeat the steps in Hall’s routine.

Meanwhile, another user laughed at Hall’s routine and was unsure whether he was “clinically insane” or the “funniest satire comedian”.

Weird timestamps?

A user spotted an inconsistency in Hall’s timestamps while diving, remarking, “Bro was in the air for 4 minutes”. Is that part of an influencer’s viral routine?

Another paused and screenshotted Hall at a weird angle and said, “Not the 4 am twerk session”. At least dancing is a form of exercise.

Slim ain’t calling

Hilariously one user referenced Eminiem’s song Stan in the video where he is writing to the rapper Slim Shady. In the video, Eminem plays a fan of his rapper alter ego self, Slim Shady. They wrote, “Dear Slim, I wrote you but you still ain’t calling”, with a screenshot of Hall journaling.

Ashton Hall is locked in

Another took a screenshot of Hall while he dunked his face in ice water before his meeting. The user joked, “Bro locked in before the meeting”.

Better than falling asleep in your cereal, right?

In another screenshot of the ex-football player diving into the pool, a user posted a screenshot of the “no diving” sign on the side of the pool.

Again, users clowned the influencer for his timestamp mishaps, with one X user writing: “Took bro 17mins to get back into his room after leaving the balcony.”
