Season one took us to Hawaii, season two to Sicily and season three landed us tranquil Thailand for a trip that was anything but calm. Across three seasons, The White Lotus has featured some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. It’s also made household names of newcomers and actors who quickly become fan-favorites.
While each installment boasts an ensemble cast, there are some mainstays. These include Jennifer Coolidge’s up-and-down billionaire Tanya, her sinister ex Greg, played by Jon Gries, and Natasha Rothwell’s happy-go-lucky masseuse Belinda.

With The White Lotus season 4 receiving the green light late last year, all eyes are on locked firmly on where White might take us next – and who might join him.
It’s still early days but here’s what we know so far about which returning faces could be booking a return trip to The White Lotus.
The White Lotus season 4 returning stars

While no casting for The White Lotus season 4 has been made official just yet, some of its previous stars have discussed who they think might be most likely to return.
One of the most obvious choices would be Greg, Tanya’s evil ex played by Napoleon Dynamite star Gries. After Tanya perished on a boat trip that he set up, Greg was later found hiding out in Thailand by Belinda. After she confronted him, Greg offered her a hefty sum to stay quiet about his location – which means he’s still at large.
“So, there’s no trying to predict anything Mike White does,” said Gries, discussing his potential return. “Yes, I would love to come back. But does the book on Greg seem like it’s complete? I can’t tell you.”
Season three star Walton Goggins agrees that he’s likely to return, saying “Obviously Jon. It feels like Jon is going to be in every season. Sorry if I gave that away.”
Rothwell even called him the show’s “Barnacle.”
Speaking of Belinda, she could also be likely to return now that she’s a multi-millionare. According to the star, she’s many viewers’ way into the series.
“I feel like Belinda is everyone and everyone is Belinda, and so, maybe, selfishly, they want to be a part of it, through me,” Rothwell has said.
Is an all star season on the cards?

If Belinda is back, then odds are her son Zion, played by Nicholas Duvernay, will be back too. He’s the only other person who knows about the shady deal his mother made with Greg.
Meanwhile, showrunner White hasn’t ruled out bringing back other faces from old series.
“Assuming this keeps going and people like it and HBO likes it, it would be cool,” he explained. “Because all of these people end up becoming huge, huge stars. A lot of these kids that are easy to get are suddenly not so easy to get, but hopefully they’d come back.”
One name from season 3 that has hit the rumour mill is Parker Posey as the viral-meme-generating Southern mother Victoria. However, with her husband Timothy (Jason Isaacs) presumably off to jail, she’d now be travelling solo.
White has also teased the potential for an all-star season, calling the idea “cool”. Meanwhile, third season stand-out Patrick Schwarzenegger echoed the sentiment, saying “I feel like they’d do all the douchiest guys together or all the hotel managers together.”
