Beyoncé kicked off the North American leg of her hotly anticipated Cowboy Carter World tour at Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium on Monday.

She last performed at the California venue back on her record-setting Renaissance World Tour.

The 43-year-old revealed that she would be heading back on the road back in February. News of the tour came the morning after the LP finally snagged her the coveted Album of the Year gong at the 2025 Grammy Awards. Beyoncé is the most decorated musician in the awards’ history but had never scooped the top prize.

While on stage for the first of her five nights at the stadium, Beyoncé told the crowd, “Thank you for giving me the creative liberty to challenge myself.”

Following this, the only other time that she had performed songs from the album was during the half-time show at the Christmas Day face-off between the Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texas.

Beyonce wowed the crowd for nearly three hours and treated her Beyhive to 39 songs.

“I feel so overwhelmed,” she said.

“God bless you,” Beyoncé added. “Thank you. I love you.”
