Stranger Things finale has cast 'Uncontrollably crying'

Emotional ending

Stranger Things season five will be the series' last - and according to one cast member, it's going to be a an emotional gut punch.

"People started crying"

Jim Hopper star David Harbour recently told the Happy Sad Confused podcast that "people started crying," while reading the final episode script, leading to cast members "uncontrollable crying."

"Uncontrollably crying"

"The end of this episode when we were reading it, just us reading it, about halfway through, people started crying," revealed Harbour, "then about the last 20 minutes, it was just uncontrollably crying, waves of different people."

Coming 2025

Meanwhile, Stranger Things' fifth and final season is currently still in production and set to land on Netflix at some point in 2025. Release information should be unveiled soon.
