  • Paul Rudd turned up at Temple University in Pennsylvania
  • The ‘I Love You, Man’ star hailed students who had been waiting more than two hours to vote as “wonderful” and “impressive”
  • Pennsylvania has been identified as the most important swing state of the 2024 Presidential election

Voters in decisive battleground state Pennsylvania were given an A-list level surprise when Paul Rudd took time out from SLAPPING DAT BASS and drenching himself in Sex Panther to hand out bottles of water to students queuing to vote at Temple University.

NBC News Political and National correspondent Jacob Soboroff spotted the ‘I Love You, Man’ star during an MSNBC broadcast earlier today and managed to grab a quick word with him about what he was doing at the campus.

“I just wanted to give people water,” Rudd explained. “They’re waiting in line for a long time, and it’s a wonderful thing that all these young people are out voting.”

Rudd continued by hailing the students waiting hours in line to vote as “impressive” before adding, “We’ve been doing lots of stuff today here in Pennsylvania. We wanted to come out and tell these students they’re doing really great things.”

When asked by Soboroff on how he felt about the election, Rudd laughed and replied, “I feel good about handing out some waters.”

Rudd’s H20 generosity is not the first time the Clueless heartthrob has helped voters on election day. In 2020 he appeared outside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn to hand out cookies and thank people for taking the time to vote.

Pennsylvania has been cited as being the most important swing state for both Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump as they each seek to secure their place in the White House. The Northeastern state carries 19 vital electoral college votes. These votes went to Joe Biden in 2020 and to Trump in 2016, both of whom went onto win those respective elections, further highlighting why both presidential candidates spent so much time campaigning in The Keystone State during this election cycle.
