Amanda Bynes hit headlines earlier this month, when it was announced the former child star had joined OnlyFans.

But while the ex-Nickelodeon actor, 39, is charging $50 a month for a subscription to her page, it won’t be NSFW – as Bynes revealed she is using the adult site to directly message with her fans.

“I’m only OnlyFans now! Disclaimer: I’m only doing OnlyFans to chat with my fans through DMs. I won’t be posting any sleazy content. Excited to join,” she wrote on Instagram.

But what is Bynes’s net worth, and how has she made her money? Here’s everything we know.

What is Amanda Bynes’s net worth?

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Bynes has an estimated fortune of $6 million.

Bursting onto our screens back in 1993, it’s estimated that Bynes’s earnings were between $2 million to $3 million per year at the peak of her career.

Her success on Nickelodeon – notably on All That and The Amanda Show – led to huge movie roles.

Making her feature film debut aged just 16 in 2002’s Big Fat Liar, Bynes went on to star on the big screen in She’s The Man, Easy A, and the movie-musical, Hairspray.

Bynes quit acting in 2010, and her estimated fortune peaked at roughly $8 or $9 million.

Does Amanda Bynes have any brand deals?

In October 2024, Bynes revealed that she had collaborated with fashion designer Austin Babbitt, also known as Asspizza, on a few pieces featuring her original artwork.

The duo worked on one t-shirt, which features a drawing of a woman on the back, and one pair of shorts, which is available in black, white or gray.

They are all now available on Babbitt’s website asspizza.com – with the shirt retailing for $60, and the shorts are $100.

Yes! Bynes paid $1.879 million for a 4-bedroom, 4,600-square-foot home in Calabasas, California back in 2011.

The property has been generating rental income for Bynes for a decade, having first been listed for rent in October 2012 for $9,300 per month.

The price was later increased in 2023 to $16,500 per month, and the home is estimated to be worth $4-5 million today.

Bynes currently lives in a modern rental in LA, which is reportedly in a very private neighborhood and close to the ocean.

Was Amanda Bynes under a conservatorship?

Over the course of 2012, Bynes was in and out of court due to DUIs, bizarre public behavior, and the occasional hit-and-run.

After being placed under a 72-hour mental health evaluation hold in July 2013, Bynes’s parents successfully filed for conservatorship over her affairs.

They claimed that Bynes had blown through $1.2 million of her savings in less than a year, was homeless, and did not have a consistent source of income. They also stated that Bynes regularly withdrew large amounts of cash from her bank account, including $100,000 on both June 4 and July 2.

In October 2014, the actor’s parents laid out a clear picture of her finances, and showed at that point, she owned roughly $5.7 million worth of assets – of which $2.8 million was real estate and $2.9 was cash or cash equivalents.

In February 2022, Amanda applied to have the conservatorship lifted, and the request was granted on March 22, 2022.
