Ubisoft has shared another thrilling update on X for Assassin’s Creed Shadows fans, the game will include the Steam achievements from the day of its release, i.e., 20 March 2025.
Achievements Unlocked from Day One
These achievements will offer players extra content to keep them hooked to the game. The PC players will be able to unlock the challenges, complete them, and display their achievements.
It is officially confirmed that Assassin’s Creed Shadows will include Steam achievements from the very first day when it releases on March 20, 2025. This means players on PC will be able to unlock challenges, and show off their hard-earned achievements right from the start.
Steam’s official website has already added this list of 54 achievements, including hidden ones, many of which are linked with the missions and the gameplay, and others, so these will be covered conveniently. For console and PS version trophies, nothing has been shared, but those will likely be the same.
Steam’s description of achievements goes as follows: “Assassin’s Creed Shadows launches on March 20 on Steam, and it’s bringing a full list of achievements with it.
Available on day one, these Steam achievements (which are the same as the Xbox achievements and PlayStation trophies) can all be earned in a single playthrough, meaning no achievement can be missed regardless of what story choices you make.
And don’t worry – your Leap of Fail will look just as spectacular whether you’re playing in story mode or on an expert level, as all achievements are unlockable regardless of difficulty level.”
A Nostalgic Return to Stealth with a Fresh Twist
Recently, the game’s digital and physical copies also got leaked, but Ubisoft has dealt with the situation and has told players to avoid using those copies. Ubisoft has been facing several setbacks and hard times, although Assassin’s Creed Shadows is setting up to be a spark of hope for the company.
It already has an impressive number of pre-orders, and players are extremely excited to take part in this new adventure. This game is expected to bring a new yet familiar experience for longtime fans who have been missing the stealth gameplay as recent Assassin’s Creed games focused more on RPG mechanics.
Now shadows will be bringing the old stealth mechanic with the Naoe, one of its main protagonists. What will set the game apart is the presence of Yasuke, a samurai, offering players the choice to opt for someone who possesses combat abilities.
The game is going to launch on the planned day, and fans are counting days until the date when they will finally be able to lay their hands on this long-awaited title.
