  • Lady Gaga, Greenday, Post Malone and Travis Scott to headline Coachella 2025
  • Californian festival will also feature Charlie XCX, Missy Elliott, Megan Thee Stallion and BLACKPINK’s Lisa
  • Characters from children’s TV show Yo Gabba Gabba! will also be performing

Coachella 2025 officially has its lineup as the festival released the full bill for both weekends across April 11-13 and April 18-20.

Lady Gaga will headline both Friday nights of the festival in the desert, while Greenday will take top billing on the Saturdays and Post Malone will bring each weekend to a close on the Sundays. Travis Scott, fresh from being announced as the new theme tune provider for WWE Monday Night Raw, has also been designated a special performance slot, entitled ‘Travis Scott designs the desert’. It is unclear what days the Astroworld rapper will be appearing, however.

Elsewhere on the bill, Charlie XCX will be bringing Brat to the desert, while Missy Elliott, Megan Thee Stallion and BLACKPINK’s Lisa will all be performing, alongside the likes of American Idol and TikTok phenomenon Benson Boone, horror punk pioneers the Misfits, Three 6 Mafia, German electro legends Kraftwerk, The Prodigy, Northern Irish republican rappers Kneecap and, incredibly, characters from the children’s TV show Yo Gabba Gabba!

The lineup announcement for this year’s Coachella is two months earlier than usual, with acts not usually being announced until January for the Californian festival. However, it would seem organisers decided to go early with the big reveal as Post Malone had already been reported to be headlining in several major outlets.

Next year’s Coachella will see Lady Gaga headline the festival for the second time, having stepped in to replace a pregnant Beyonce in 2017. Taking to social media, Gaga shared her excitement with her tens of millions of followers, exclaiming in a post, “I have long dreamed of throwing a massive night of chaos in the desert. I’ve had a vision I’ve never been able to fully realize at Coachella for reasons beyond our control but I wanted to come through for music fans. I have been wanting to go back and to do it right, and I am. I’m headlining and starting the weekend off at Coachella. Can’t wait to hear you all singalong and dance dance DANCE till we drop.”

Back in october it was reported that both Rihanna and Kendrick Lamar had declined offers to headline next year’s Coachella. Organisers had reportedly been searching for headliners since this year’s festival closed, with the last two year’s failing to sell out, furthering the hardships the Indio festival has been going through since shutting down during the Covid-19 pandemic.
