Conor McGregor calls out KSI for fight
- UFC legend has called out YouTuber in explosive interview
- McGregor has also called out several others recently ahead of return to the octagon
- KSI’s new track – mentioned by McGregor – has been roundly panned on social media

UFC legend Conor McGregor has appeared to challenge Youtuber KSI to a fight – including making a dig at the latter’s new track.
Track diss
In an interview with Misfits Boxing – which KSI is CEO of – McGregor was asked about the potential for a fight between him and the Youtuber and occasional boxer. Never one to back away from a challenge, McGregor addressed the camera saying: “Let’s go, man. I’ll fight him for that bull**** song he released alone.”
McGregor was referencing The Thick of It, which KSI dropped recently and has been widely derided on social media. It has also been widely memed, with KSI the butt of the joke.
KSI has yet to respond to this apparent challenge. But given his recent record, and the current trend for YouTubers to box anyone that will agree to it, then it could happen.
Throwing out challenges
McGregor appears to be in a combative mood currently as he has been calling out others for fights in recent days. First in his sights was Floyd Mayweather Jr. Talking to JNMEDIAUK, McGregor appeared keen to have a rematch with Mayweather – they first fought in 2017. “Floyd, you little pussycat! You’re doing back conversations trying to get boxing fights at 155lbs,” he said. “Fight me at my weight! Bare-knuckle – McGregor vs Mayweather at 170lbs, let’s go baby – take off the gloves and fight!”
Not content with that, McGregor has also challenged Nate Diaz. McGregor and Diaz have fought twice before, both men taking a win. “It has to be in MMA, mixed martial arts in the UFC; we are 1-1.”
McGregor has been out of the octagon for some time but has planned a return for 2025. He was scheduled to fight Michael Chandler earlier this year but pulled out due to a broken toe.
