- Despite working together three decades ago, Cruise still thinks highly enough of Dunst to send her the sweet treat every holiday

They worked together 30 years ago.
But Tom Cruise has proven that his loyalty runs deep – as he still sends Kirsten Dunst a present every Christmas.
According to Dunst, 41, Cruise is extremely generous with his holiday shopping list – as she receives a white chocolate coconut bundt cake every year from the Top Gun actor, 61.
In a recent interview, Spider-Man actor Dunst revealed, “Still getting that cake!”
And Dunst isn’t the only one – as her husband Jesse Plemons, who starred alongside Cruise in 2017’s American Made, also receives a cake!
“Jesse gets the cakes, so we double up on our cakes,” the actor laughed.
This isn’t the first time Dunst has revealed her love for Cruise’s sweet treat. In 2016, she spoke about it while she was on the UK’s Graham Norton Show.
“He gives me a cake every Christmas,” she explained. “We call it the Cruise cake at my house. It’s the best coconut cake I’ve ever had in my life.”
Dunst and Cruise worked together when she was a child actor on the set of the hit 1994 film, Interview With The Vampire, which raked in a worldwide gross of $224 million.
Adapted from the 1976 novel by author Anne Rice, the movie saw a then 11-year-old Dunst star as Claudia, a young vampire who is forced to grow in a child’s body, alongside Hollywood icons such as Cruise, Brad Pitt, Christian Slater, Antonio Banderas and Thandiwe Newton.
Dunst is among a select few – yet slightly random – A-Listers who are the lucky recipients of Cruise’s cake.
Glen Powell, Dakota Fanning, Jon Hamm, Graham Norton, Rosie O’Donnell and Angela Bassett have all made the coveted confectionary list, which are made and delivered by Doan’s Bakery, a family-owned bakery in Woodland Hills, California.
