- Disney+ confirmed when the series will drop at New York Comic Con
- Many actors from the previous Netflix show are reprising their roles
- New series will have darker tone than previous series

Daredevil fans now know that the wait for the reboot of the series will be coming to an end soon, with Disney+ confirming its release date at New York Comic Con.
Back after long break
Daredevil: Born Again will make its debut on the streaming service on March 4, 2025 – nearly six years after the previous incarnation of the series ended on Netflix.
Also at New York Comic Con, a trailer was shown behind closed doors, which gives an indication of what the series will be like. It has previously been revealed the new series will have a darker tone than those on Netflix.
The trailer showed Daredevil coming up against several well-known Marvel villains including The Punisher, Muse and Kingpin. In addition, Bullseye, Karen Page and Foggy Nelson also appear.
But one appearance that has got people talking is Murdock visiting a hero in prison, who is later seen in a white suit with a tiger pendant. This could well be White Tiger – also known as Hector Ayala – who was Marvel’s first Hispanic superhero when he debuted in the comics way back in 1975. However, White Tiger has not previously been seen in the MCU.
Charlie Cox is reprising his role as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, and several others from the Netflix era of the show are returning too, including Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Hansen as Foggy Nelson, Jon Bernthal as The Punisher and Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin.
Show in the works
Disney has another superhero show in the works currently, but it is aimed at younger viewers. Iron Man and His Awesome Friends has recently been greenlit by Disney Jr and is now in production. The show is scheduled to be released next summer on Disney Jr and Disney+.
