The singer and producer, 51, will star in the story of his rise to fame, in a movie titled Piece by Piece, which will be released in theaters on October 11.
Other high-profile artists will also be Lego-ified and interviewed in the film, including Busta Rhymes, Kendrick Lamar, Jay Z and Williams’s cousin, Timbaland.

Net worth
With a string of high profile accolades, it’s no wonder that Williams’s net worth is estimated to be a staggering $250 million.
A recording artist, producer and fashion designer, Williams hurtled to fame after being talent spotted in high school as part of his group, the Neptunes.
The production duo – consisting of Williams and Chad Hugo – have since produced a huge selection of hit tracks, including Jay-Z’s I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me); Nelly’s Hot in Herre; the Britney Spears songs I’m a Slave 4 U and Boys; Justin Timberlake’s Señorita, Like I Love You and Rock Your Body; Gwen Stefani’s Hollaback Girl; Kelis’ first two studio albums, Kaleidoscope (1999) and Wanderland (2001); and Snoop Dogg‘s single Drop It Like It’s Hot, which also featured vocals from Williams.
Williams has also collaborated with composer Hans Zimmer on the Despicable Me soundtracks, and worked on many other movies.
The singer – who released his debut album, In My Mind, in 2006 – has won 13 Grammys and received two Oscar nominations, including one for his song Happy, which featured on the 2014 album, Girl.
Investments
As well as his musical achievements, Williams has enjoyed successful collaborations and working partnerships with the likes of Adidas, Moncler, Uniqlo, Doodles and Chanel.
It was announced in 2023 that Williams had been appointed as Louis Vuitton’s new men’s creative director, a position left vacant by the death of Virgil Abloh in 2021.
Houses
Back in 2020, Williams is said to have moved into a $30 million waterfront mansion in Coral Gables, Florida with his family.
The property spans over 17,025 square feet and has nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and 35 feet of waterfront. Other features include a wine cellar, a library, a pub-style bar and an elevator running between the floors.
Prior to the move, Williams purchased a Hollywood Hills home in 2015 – which he made $2 million profit on when it sold for $9.2 million just seven years later. He was also the owner of a second California home for two years, before selling up for $14 million in 2020.
A year later, Williams dipped his toe into the hotel business. Partnering with restaurant and nightlife industry veteran David Grutman, the duo opened The Goodtime Hotel in Miami’s South Beach, a 266-room Art Deco-style property located just a few steps from the beach. The project reportedly cost $200 million.
The pair have also collaborated on another project: Somewhere Else, a new luxury hotel with 400 rooms, bungalows and a lobby that’s being built on the Bahamas’ Paradise Islands. The new hotel is slated to open in January 2024.
Family
In October 2013, Williams married his partner, model and fashion designer Helen Lasichanh, 43. The pair met in the early 2000s, and were friends for two years before they started dating.
They went on to have four children together: son Rocket, 15 – who was the inspiration behind his father’s Despicable Me track, Rocket’s Theme – and triplets who were born in January 2017. Williams and Lasichanh have never disclosed the names of their youngest children.
