- Oasis are set to reform for the first time in 15 years in 2025
- While fans fight it out for tickets, one loyal follower has upped her chances – by letting gig goers camp in her backyard
- The catch? Whoever stays has to purchase one ticket for her!

They’re set to be the gigs of the decade.
But before they can see Oasis in their reunion concerts next year, fans must first battle it out to secure tickets for one of the gigs.
And one Twitter/X user who thought of a crafty way to improve her chances was Olivia Bridge.
Sharing a post to the social media platform, Olivia revealed that she lived very near to Heaton Park, where the band are set to perform five times.
“If you’re an Oasis fan and don’t want to fork out £100s for a place to kip, you can camp in my garden. For free,” she wrote. “The only condition is that you get a ticket for me too. I’ll pay for it, and I’ll even throw in brews, breakfast and a driveway.”
Olivia continued, “This is actually a serious offer! I’ve got my parents and pals all at the ready for Saturday 9am, but anything to increase my chances.”
Aside from the garden and breakfast, Olivia detailed that other benefits would be a barbecue, seating area, outdoor plug sockets, and a driveway to park their cars. Plus – and most importantly – lucky applicants would make huge savings by not having to fork out for a hotel.
Luckily, Olivia’s housemate was also on board with the scheme – and the pair hoped to secure four tickets from their venture.
Olivia did, however, warn, “If you turn up without an Oasis ticket, it’s the cold concrete pavement on the main road for you I’m afraid!”
‘Count me in!’
Of course, social media users flocked to Olivia’s replies – and all hoped to earn themselves a place in the coveted garden!
“I would be bang up for this, we all could have a right old laugh in the garden after the gig too. Count me in!” wrote one, while another added, “Don’t know if this is serious or not BUT what a genius idea for people that live near the gigs. The hotels have showed their true colors early doors. We just need loads more people like yourself.”
It wasn’t just residents from the UK who were interested, either.
“Internationals ok?” questioned someone else. “Couple of Canadians hoping to get some tickets. We say ‘sorry’ a lot but are pretty quiet for the most part.”
And another was even trying to get in on the business venture.
“How about I put my catering van in your drive and feed everyone all night and split profits?” they joked.
