The plot thickens! Hailey Bieber is reportedly considering legal action against online trolls, according to TMZ. Bieber was viciously trolled again by social media users when a seven-part series about her went viral. The series, which was taken from the YouTube channel Internet Oddities alleges the model stalked her husband Justin Bieber from a young age and is ‘obsessed’ with his ex Selena Gomez.
Users posted the viral series on TikTok, prompting negative comments on Bieber’s social media posts. The Rhode founder has not spoken out on the trolling. However, she has in the past regarding her relationship with Bieber.
The couple were friends for a while before first being linked in 2015. They got back together in 2018 after a few years of no contact and married that September. Fans were shocked at the marriage, as Bieber had been linked to his ex Gomez as late as March 2018.

Previously Bieber addressed trolls on multiple occasions. Notably, she did so in April 2022, when she made a TikTok telling Jelena fans to “leave [her] alone”. The post was deleted.
Gomez has also told her fans off for trolling. Though she hasn’t named Bieber, she urged in one live video that fans should “be kind” to everyone. Since the breakup between Gomez and Bieber happened seven years ago, many fans think that Jelena fans need to let go. However, this time Bieber is not messing around.

What legal options is Hailey Bieber exploring?
TMZ reported on 19 March that sources said, “She’s considering taking legal action for the first time”. This has been prompted by the seven-part TikTok series and the increase in trolling.
Sources who spoke to the tabloid also said the 28-year-old may try something new and “hire an attorney to go after the bloggers and online commenters.” A representative for the model previously denied that she had liked a shady post about a photoshoot Gomez and Blanco did.
At this point, it seems Bieber is getting tired of the narratives about her online.
The source also told the outlet that Bieber’s biggest issue with the online videos and discourse is the “misinformation” people are hearing about her.
TMZ alleges sources told them that Bieber contacted ruthless attorney Lisa Moore. Moore was famously a lawyer for singer Cardi B in a case against Tasha K, a blogger. In February 2025, Cardi B won $1.2 million from the lawsuit.

- February 2023 – Gomez posted a TikTok saying she laminated her eyebrows too much. On Kylie Jenner’s social media, Jenner posted a photo of Bieber with exaggerated eyebrows with the caption, “This was an accident??”
- Social media users accused Jenner and Bieber of mocking Gomez, which the girls denied. In particular, Bieber was branded a “mean girl” for this. The ladies denied any ill intent and Gomez agreed and responded directly to Jenner’s comment.
- March 2025 – Here’s a brief summary. A TikTok alleges Bieber liked a shady video about Gomez and Blanco that they posted. Bieber’s representative refuted the claim, saying “This never happened”.
- Then we have the series. Comments on Bieber’s social media accused her of being a stalker and like Joe Goldberg from the Netflix show You following the series going viral.
