It’s been 63 years since the first James Bond movie hit the big screen – and the franchise shows no sign of stopping yet.

Last month, it was announced that Amazon MGM studios would have full control of the next film, with long-time heads Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli remaining as ‘co-owners’ of the franchise.

Although we are still yet to find out who will be cast as the next 007 – with the last Bond, Daniel Craig, stepping down in 2021 after 15 years in the role – fans are sure to be thrilled with the news that everyone’s favorite spy movies will continue.

If you want to recap on Bond’s adventures, here’s the exact order that you should watch the films in – including the release date, director, and which dashing actor starred as 007.

It’s taken a while for more concrete details to emerge, but the delay can now possibly be explained by the Amazon deal being in the pipeline.

Hopefully, now the deal has been struck, there will be an announcement as to when the 26th Bond film will go into production too.

Back in 2022, Barbara Broccoli said an announcement was “a couple of years off”, according to Variety… but that deadline came and went, with nothing being announced.

It also means that Amazon could revamp the Bond franchise and shake the character and stories up.
