There is more drama in the Taylor Swift-Blake Lively fallout, as Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, has unfollowed Ryan Reynolds. Reynolds, 48, is the husband of Swift’s friend, Lively, 37. Swift, 35, and Lively reportedly fell out following Lively’s public legal battle with her co-star.
In December 2024, Lively sued her It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment and a myriad of other claims. Following her lawsuit, Baldoni fired back in January 2025, suing for $400 million on the grounds of civil extortion, defamation, and invasion of privacy.
Subsequently, Swift became involved as her song My Tears Ricochet was used in the film. Additionally, rumors say she could be subpoenaed to testify in Lively’s trial in March 2026 because of their friendship.
Interestingly, it appeared that the famous foursome were friends before, as in October 2024, Swift, Kelce, 35, Lively, and Reynolds went out on a double dinner date in New York.

Since Kelce allegedly unfollowed Reynolds, the question is why, and is he involved in the Swift-Lively drama?
Is Travis Kelce involved in the Taylor Swift drama?
Fans noticed that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end unfollowed the Deadpool star in late April. Page Six exclusively revealed that Kelce unfollowed Reynolds because of the legal drama. For context, Reynolds is also named as one of the defendants in Baldoni’s lawsuit alongside Lively.
Swift has been under the radar with Kelce since the Eras Tour ended, and the football star has been low-key since his Super Bowl loss.
While no sources definitively confirmed the unfollow, it seems plausible that there was tension.
Reports suggested that Swift was also trying to distance herself from Lively after the legal mess came to light. Notably, she was not spotted with the Another Simple Favor star after the news broke. Perhaps she’s under the radar because of the legal issue, or because she wants privacy?
However, last week, contradictory reports said that Swift and Lively were talking again. They also said the Karma singer was “hurt” over being dragged into the legal battle.
“Blake knew she and Taylor would come back from this at some point and that their friendship wasn’t done for good,” a source told People last week.
“Taylor was really hurt by this situation, so she’s relieved they were able to recover from this and put it all behind them because it wasn’t something she took lightly,” the source continued.
So now with this shady unfollowing business, we wonder… is Kelce talking to Swift behind the scenes? Seems like it!
