This week, fans noticed the writer’s page was no longer active amid Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s ongoing dramas.

What is the It Ends With Us legal drama?

In the movie, which dropped August last year, Lively brought to life florist Lily Bloom, and Baldoni played her abusive boyfriend, Ryle Kincaid.

Along with starring in it, Baldoni was tasked with directing with his production company, Wayfarer.

In December, Lively filed a sexual harassment complaint against Baldoni. It accused him of behaving inappropriately while making the film.

According to the complaint, the actress met with Baldoni and some of the production alongside her husband, Ryan Reynolds. This apparently created boundaries before production returned after the 2023 Hollywood industrial action.

Along with stating Lively’s terms and conditions were agreed, it also accused Baldoni of hiring a crisis team to carry out a smear campaign against her during its release period.

What did Colleen Hoover say about Blake Lively’s lawsuit?

Hoover posted a supportive message to Lively via her Instagram Story the day the case was filed.

“@blakelively, you have been nothing but honest, kind, supportive and patient since the day we met. Thank you for being exactly the human that you are. Never change. Never wilt,” she wrote on a picture of the pair.

How did Justin Baldoni respond to Blake Lively’s It Ends With Us lawsuit?

Upon the news breaking, Baldoni denied any and all allegations made against him by Lively.

On New Year’s Eve, he filed a $250 million suit against The New York Times for a string of complaints, including libel and invasion of privacy. The case was related to their investigation related to Lively’s case. In response, the newspaper denied all of Baldoni’s claims.

What did Blake Lively say in response?

On 6 January, the ex-Gossip Girl star’s legal team told PEOPLE magazine that her “serious claims of sexual harassment and retaliation” are supported “by concrete facts”.

This request included supplying proof that Ryan Reynolds created the Nicepool character in Deadpool & Wolverine to “bully” Baldoni.

On 16 January, he followed up with a $400 million lawsuit against Lively, Reynolds and her PR team. The allegations included defamation, extortion and many more.

Anything else?

Baldoni’s legal team released production footage on 21 January of him and Lively filming a scene used in the film without dialogue, showing her joke about his nose and her spray tan. The scene is cited in both of their lawsuits.
