- Kanye West and Bianca Censori accuse Beverly Hills dentist
- Formal notice claims “surgical-size” gas tanks were delivered to rapper
- Censori was deprived of her husband as a result of addiction

Kanye West is suing a Beverly Hills dentist, accusing him of causing the rapper to become addicted to nitrous oxide.
Despite rumors of a split, West and his wife Bianca Censori are putting on a united front as they accuse the dentist of malpractice, a situation that reportedly had West spending “hundreds of thousands of dollars” per month.

The couple has sent a formal notice to the West’s former dentist Dr. Thomas Connelly through their lawyers at Golden Law. A notice has to be served to defendants 90 days before they can be sued for medical malpractice.

Connely, known as the father of Diamond Dentistry, is accused of supplying West with copious amounts of the laughing gas while he underwent cosmetic dental treatment from 2024 to 2025.
According to the document, obtained by E! News, the anesthetic left him to “fend for himself with a serious induced addiction.”
Kanye West was delivered “surgical-size” nitrous oxide tanks
During that period, West had several cosmetic procedures done, like getting specialized dental work, a custom titanium crown, and other treatments.
The letter claims that Connelly gave West nitrous oxide and even encouraged him to use it on his own without supervision, ignoring clear signs of negative effects it could lead to on his behavior and health.
“You repeatedly administered or supplied nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and/or other sedative substances to Ye in quantities and frequencies that had no legitimate dental or medical justification”, the letter read.
West and Censori’s lawyers also noted that Connely “went so far as to deliver large surgical-size nitrous oxide tanks to Ye’s personal residence (including the residence he shared with Ms. Censori), effectively enabling and encouraging him to inhale nitrous oxide outside of any medical setting.”
Connelly’s website claims “the world’s most influential men trust Dr. Thomas Connelly to craft their signature smiles. Designed for high-profile men, athletes, and those who demand the best.”
Censori deprived of her husband

West’s legal team also accuse Connelly of providing the 47-year old with a substance similar to propofol – an injectable sedative – and discharging him without “verifying his medical soundness.”
“As a result, in this instance, Ye suffered extreme mental and physical distress leading to urgent medical care”, his lawyers wrote. “Your actions and omissions were negligent, grossly negligent, and reckless, and some may have been intentional and malicious.”
The lawyers added that the addiction has caused ongoing pain, suffering, and major disruption to his life, and that Censori has been “deprived of the companionship, support, services, and marital relationship of her husband” as a result.
They added “Instead of enjoying a healthy married life, she was forced to witness Ye’s physical and mental distress and deterioration”.
