Macaulay Culkin reacts to Kieran Culkin’s Oscars win

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Macaulay admitted that the only part of the Oscars ceremony that he actually watched was the segment where Kieran was up for an award.
“Just the Best Supporting Actor,” explained Macaulay on which sections he tuned in for. “That’s the only thing I watched. True story, true story… I cried. And I was like, ‘I’m gonna see you later.’”
The same outlet asked Mac if he expected his Succession-star brother to bag the award. However, after finding similar success at the likes of the BAFTAs, Critic’s Choice Awards and Golden Globes, he felt it was a no-brainer.
“Of course. Let’s be real. We’re allowed to say that.”
He added, “Yeah, absolutely.
“He was front row, aisle, closest to the stairs. There was no way he was not going to win.”
