Meghann Fahy and Leo Woodall are the stars of season two of The White Lotus.
But away from the show, the actors are in a relationship.
While they only went Instagram official with their romance in February 2024, Woodall, 28, and Fahy, 34, actually met on the set of the hit HBO show.
But what has Fahy and Woodall’s relationship been like, and what have the couple said about each other? Pubity.com takes a look.
February 2022: Meghann Fahy and Leo Woodall start filming The White Lotus
While we can’t be certain that Fahy and Woodall officially met on the season two set of The White Lotus in 2022, it’s likely that this is when they first locked eyes with each other.
Much of the series’ filming took place at the Four Seasons San Domenico Hotel in Taormina, on the Italian island of Sicily.
Playing Daphne, Fahy stars as a wealthy stay-at-home wife with an unconventional but loving marriage. In stark contrast to that, Woodall took on the role of Jack, the supposed nephew of a rich expat who owns a villa in Sicily.
Although the pair never actually shared screen time, Fahy and Woodall presumably got to know each other because the cast and crew lived at the Four Seasons throughout production.
September 2022: Woodall shares his first photo of Fahy on Instagram
Okay, so while it wasn’t anything particularly romantic about it, Woodall shared a roundup of photos from The White Lotus set on Instagram in 2022.
And one of those was a Polaroid mirror shot of himself and Fahy.
Fahy also makes numerous cameos in several of the other pics – and Woodall captioned the post, “That’s amore.”
December 2022: Fahy returns the favor
Three months later, Fahy shared her own pictures from their time on set.
Shortly after the season two finale aired, Fahy posted the photos on Instagram – including several new shots of Woodall.
“Sizzley Sicily,” she captioned the post – and Woodall appeared to flirt in the comment section, simply dropping the bomb and shell emojis.
January 2023: Fahy addresses rumors about her dating life
During a guest appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, a fan asked Fahy, “Is there any truth to the rumor that you might be dating White Lotus costar Leo Woodall?”
The question prompted an immediate laugh from Fahy, who responded, “Oh, I don’t kiss and tell. Come on, guys.”
At Cohen’s prompting, she added, “For you, I’ll say sure.” When the crowd reacted with cheers, she interrupted, “I was kidding! Just because you wanted me to say it, so I said it… We’re friends.”
February 26, 2023: Fahy and Woodall make their first red carpet appearance together…
…but they weren’t alone!
The pair were joined by their White Lotus costar Theo James, as they walked the red carpet together for the 29th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.
November 22, 2023: They confirm their romance by kissing in New York City
Rejoice! We finally received some tangible evidence that Fahy and Woodall were in a relationship, when they were spotted in NYC together.
Enjoying a rainy-day shopping spree together in the Big Apple, the couple packed on the PDA – and shared a sweet kiss underneath an umbrella.
July 2, 2023: Fahy and Woodall appear together at another award show
The couple attended yet another award show together at the 2023 South Bank Sky Arts Awards ceremony in London.
At the event, an Entertainment Tonight reporter hinted at Fahy’s love life by asking her, “Have you seen romance come out of White Lotus?”
Fahy responded, “I don’t know anything. Never heard of it. Never seen it. What is that show?”
February 20, 2024: They finally go Instagram official!
Yippee! After months of speculation, Fahy confirmed the pair were in a relationship by posting a photo of the two cuddled up together while strolling across a cobblestone street.
She captioned the post with a string of emojis – a smiley face, pizza and blue heart.
Ever the cheeky chap, Woodall joked in a comment, “Who is he?!”
August 8, 2024: Fahy makes a rare comment about Woodall
Although they’re done an amazing job at keeping their romance out of the spotlight, Fahy had high praise for Woodall indeed – well, about his acting skills, at least.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, she reflected on Woodall’s success with Netflix’s popular series One Day.
“I thought it was incredibly well done from top to bottom, and obviously the performances were my favorite part,” she told the magazine.
April 10, 2025: Fahy says Woodall ‘deeply’ understands her
Fahy sung Woodall’s praises again during an appearance on CBS Mornings, when she opened up about what it’s like to have a partner who works in the same industry.
“I think that it’s just really great to be deeply understood,” she said. “There’s so many weird things about this industry and what we do.
“I think there’s just something really lovely about being with somebody who really gets that.”
