Sabrina Carpenter is having an amazing start to 2025.

After skyrocketing to success last year, the pint-sized pop star, 25, bagged her first two Grammy awards at the ceremony last Sunday, February 2.

Taking home the coveted accolades for Best Pop Vocal Album and Pop Vocal Performance, Carpenter has revealed she has a treat in store for fans.

To thank them for their fierce loyalty, Carpenter announced today that she will release a deluxe version of her sixth studio album, Short n’ Sweet.

As well as the previously released 12 tracks – which include chart-toppers Espresso, Please Please Please and Taste – the new album will include a further five songs.

Titled 15 Minutes, Couldn’t Make It Any Harder, Busy Woman and Bad Reviews, the fifth track is a reworked version of Please Please Please – featuring none other than Dolly Parton.

Sharing the news to her 44.2 million Instagram followers, Carpenter wrote, “As a thank you for giving this album 2 Grammys. Short n’ Sweet deluxe is now available for pre-order… and yes that does say featuring Miss Dolly Parton.”

She excitedly added, “She wouldn’t want me to swear, but holy s***!!!!!”

Sabrina Carpenter reacts to her Grammy wins

After being in the public eye for 14 years, Carpenter’s two Grammy wins have been a long time coming.

So much so, that the usually quick-witted singer was uncharacteristically lost for words.

Sharing two photos to Instagram, Carpenter posed with the awards under her arms – and, much like her album, she kept her words Short n’ Sweet.

“Cannot believe life,” she captioned the snaps. “Had to post this in the moment but will talk to you later.”

Fans react to Sabrina Carpenter’s Grammy performance

Not only was Carpenter a big winner on the night, but she also performed a mash-up of her hits at the Grammys.

Fans went wild for the fun routine on social media – and compared her to another blonde icon… Miss Piggy.

“Beyond being wickedly talented and gorgeous, I appreciate that Sabrina has taken notes from the Miss Piggy playbook (being gorgeous with huge curls doing physical comedy),” wrote one fan on Twitter/X.

Another added, “The way Miss Piggy and Sabrina Carpenter are literally long lost sisters…”.

While the fun routine did look like something Miss Piggy would have taken on, Carpenter actually took inspiration from a 1978 performance by actor Goldie Hawn – and fans lapped it up.

“Didn’t realize how starved we all were for physical comedy ‘til right now,” said one fan.

Another praised Carpenter’s stamina.

“The fact that she’s able to do all the theatrics and choreo, climb out of the stage, tap dance in heels, then jump in a man’s arms where she’s spun around multiple times and then still effortlessly hit all the notes… Sabrina Carpenter the icon you are,” they wrote.
