What did Sabrina Carpenter mistranslate?
The Espresso singer mistranslated an Instagram caption she wrote in French. On 19 March, she posted a photo on Instagram of her on a staircase with a white sheer dress on. She captioned the photo, “Je suis petite est sucre!”
Nothing seems out of the ordinary, but when you read the translation, it is a huge failure! Comically, Carpenter did not fix the caption. She appears to try to have written, “I’m short and sweet”, in French, and it backfired. Maybe she could’ve also been trying to say small and sweet.

Yes, the singer made fun of herself. She posted another comment that said, “Translated so wrong sorry”.
Carpenter’s fans clowned the singer for her funny mistranslation, but they forgave her eventually.
