Sabrina Carpenter has had a mammoth year – but despite it being almost Christmas, the singer isn’t slowing down just yet.
On December 20, the pint-sized pop star, 25, was the latest celebrity to star in NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert series.
Playing a selection of her tracks – including Juno, Taste, Please Please Please and Slim Pickins – Carpenter has wowed her already loyal set of fans, who praised the singer via social media.
“Going to replay the Sabrina Carpenter Tiny Desk Concert for a month now thanks,” wrote one via Twitter/X, while another added, “I will be rewatching Sabrina’s Tiny Desk Concert over and over again.”
“Not to be dramatic but Sabrina on Tiny Desk literally changed my life,” a third went on.
Labelling her an “It girl”, others said they could heavily relate to the concert.
“Sabrina’s tiny desk is literally girlhood summed up into one video,” wrote one fan.
Others praised her performance of Bed Chem.
“Ok Sabrina Carpenter’s Tiny Desk was really good. Her and her band ate Bed Chem up,” one said. Another continued, “Sabrina’s Tiny Desk Concert gave me a new appreciation for Bed Chem.”
And some fans were desperate to see more of the singer.
“On that note, Sabrina Carpenter deserves to perform more Tiny Desk performances in the future of her career, that was one of my favorite videos I’ve seen. The vocals were beautiful and angelic and her humor is way too funny. I love this woman,” praised one.
Another agreed. “I said the same thing!” they replied. “Her vocals were crazy. I need these more isolated performances with the crowd yelling honestly. This just hit differently.”
Sabrina Carpenter pays tribute to Espresso

Carpenter also gave a special shout-out to one song in particular – Espresso.
According to Spotify, the song was the most-streamed track of 2024 – and earned Carpenter her first Grammy nod.
“It’s Grammy-nominated, which is cool, and is the first time I could say that,” she smiled. “I’m very excited, and honored and grateful. I had zero expectations when writing this song. It was so much fun to make.”
Ever the joker, Carpenter continued, “And I knew it was special but I just never knew that people had such a caffeine addiction and such a problem. I really underestimated how much of a problem it is in our world.”
