The dates of sixth annual games fest has been announced on the official X handle, happening from June 6 to June 9, 2025 in Los Angeles. The Games Awards show creator Geoff Keighley is going to host the event.
On Friday June 6, at 5 PM ET the main event will be broadcast live from the YouTube Theatre in Inglewood, California. The Summer Game fest play days will continue from June 7 to June 9 in downtown Los Angeles, produced by iam8bit for influencers, game press and media.
The broadcast is scheduled for 2 hours. More than 40 top game publishers are expected at the event, as announced by Geoff Keighley. New video games announcements, surprises and reveals are planned to amaze the millions of consumers, bringing together millions of fans, whether attending in person or tuning in online from around the world, said Keighley.

Moreover, this time there is also a “new thought leader event”. As it has been seen in previous editions of Summer Game Fest, triple-A and indie studios have shared trailers and updates.
