With the announcement that Oasis will reform for 14 gigs across the UK and Ireland next year, fans could hardly wait to try and get their hands on tickets.

The band split in 2009, after feuding brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher got into a physical fight at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.

But 15 years later, the siblings have put their fractious relationship behind them (for now!), and will reunite to play the string of shows, titled Oasis Live ‘25.

Tickets will go on general sale on August 31 – and thanks to Ticketmaster’s dire, constantly crashing website, people are expecting the event to be chaotic, to say the least.

But one demographic who knows All Too Well how difficult it can be to secure tickets to your favorite artist are Taylor Swift’s loyal following.

And on Twitter/X, Swifties are finding it pretty funny how people (who generally fit the description of a typical Oasis fan) previously mocked them for frantically trying to get tickets to Swift’s Eras tour.

Although each fandom is pretty admirable in their own ways, there’s no denying that the war between Swifties and Oasis fans is somehow even funnier than the Gallagher brothers’ own warring ways.

Here are some of the best posts from social media…
