Taylor Swift is “fully encouraging” of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, remaining in the NFL.
The Kansas City Chiefs star told The Stephen A. Smith Show that the Blank Space hitmaker was on board with his decision not to stop playing the sport.
Many do not like their loved ones engaging in such a dangerous and violent sport, but Swift who sold out his home venue, Arrowhead Stadium, on her record-breaking The Eras Tour.
“She’s fully encouraging me to enjoy playing this game. She loves coming to Arrowhead [Stadium] and coming to the games and cheering for me, so I got all the support in the world to keep chasing these dreams,” Kelce told Smith.

How did Travis Kelce meet Taylor Swift?
Kelce made a very public play for Swift on his podcast New Heights, detailing how he tried, but failed, to give her a friendship bracelet at her sold-out show in Los Angeles.
Along with taking part in the Swiftie tradition, he wanted to slip her his phone number, as he told his co-host brother Jason Kelce, who recently retired from playing in the NFL’s Philadephia Eagles.

Swift mentioned their origin when he first broke her silence on her relationship with Kelce.

She said in her 2023 Time Person of The Year profile, “This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell … We started hanging out right after that.”
The pair were spotted at many of his games, most notably at the 2024 Super Bowl. The pop icon packed out a hospitality seat with her friends, which included stars like Lana Del Rey.
In September last year, Swift took her love of Kelce mainstream again at the VMAs.
While holding the gong for her Post Malone collab Fortnight, she said, “Everything this man touches turns to happiness and fun and magic, so I want to thank him for adding that to our shoot because I’ll always remember that.”
