While the Super Bowl dominates much of the focus in late January and early February, once the big game is over and done with, all sights are set on the NFL Draft.

Scouts from every team across the AFC and NFC are already working on potential targets to draft for the 2026 campaign and will run the rule over the top 300 college prospects in late February/early March during the NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

With the final deadline for underclassmen to declare now passed, mock draft season is in full swing until the real thing rolls around in April.

And while mock drafting is an obsessively fun way to pass far too many spare hours over the next three months, there is little to compare to the reality of opening draft night. Who’s going to be the number one pick? Who will end up as Mr.Irrelevant (not always a bad thing, just ask 2023 Pro Bowler Brock Purdy) ? Which franchise will have a banner year, who will mess the bed and will any diamonds in the rough be discovered in the final few picks ala number ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY NINE Tom Brady in the 2000 draft?

Before we arrive in Green Bay in April, here’s everything you need to know about the NFL Draft 2025…

When is the NFL Draft 2025?

This year’s draft will take place between April 24-26.

Where is the NFL Draft 2025?

Lambeau Field in Green bay, Wisconsin, home of the Green Bay Packers, will play host to all three days of this year’s draft, following on from Campus Martius Park and Hart Plaza in Detroit, last year. Next year will see the draft move east to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This year marks the first time the draft has taken place in Green Bay.

Which Team has the First Pick of the NFL Draft 2025?

The Tennessee Titans, fresh off their dismal 3-14 2025 season, will receive the first pick of the 2025 draft. The Cleveland Browns and New York Giants will follow them with the second and third picks respectively.

The rest of the draft order looks like this (h/t NBC Sports):

6. Las Vegas Raiders (4-13)

7. New York Jets (5-12)

Who are the Top Prospects in This Year’s Draft?

A lot of noise is being made about Penn State’s defensive end Abdul Carter, the 2024 Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. Over 16 games this season Carter made 93 tackles, 12 sacks, 61 pressures, 23.5 tackles for loss, 15 run stops and one forced fumble. Carter’s burst of speed is going to frighten opposition offensive co-ordinators for years to come.

Colorado’s two-way Heisman Trophy winning star recruit Travis Hunter is also likely to be a top two pick as he can be devastating on offense or defence. As corner back or wide receiver, the 21-year-old is going to have offensive and defensive co-ordinators throwing hands to see who gets to utilise his almost limitless talents.

University of Miami quarterback Cam Ward will not be short of suitors and neither will the titanic Tetairoa McMillan, the 6’5, 212 pound wide receiver out of the University of Arizona.

Elsewhere, Mason Graham out of Michigan is going to be an easy pick up early on, with the two-time All American defensive tackle earning Rose Bowl MVP honors last year. Graham’s background in high school wrestling at Servite in Anaheim is extremely evident in his destruction of opposition offensive gameplans. Graham’s fellow Michigan Wolverine Will Johnson will also be sure to place highly in the first round.

And of course, it goes without saying that Colorado quarterback and second generation Prime Time, Shedeur Sanders, is going to make last season’s losers feel like winners in the very near future.

Where Can I Watch the NFL Draft?

ABC, ESPN, ESPN Deportes and the NFL Network will be broadcasting the NFL Draft 2025 across the United States, as will ESPN Radio. In the United Kingdom, the Sky Sports NFL Channel will be beaming every pick to viewers braving the early morning hours.
