The Pacific Palisades fire is one of many wildfires ravaging large portions of Southern California, causing thousands of residents to flee their homes.

Firefighters have expressed their difficulty in controlling the blazes. At the time of writing, more than 80,000 people have been forced to leave, and two have lost their lives.

While a normal feature of the region due to the Santa Ana winds, experts have warned its increased extent and reach into residential areas is due to the climate crisis.

Among these in the evacuated are the rich and the famous, proving the elements do not care about your status.
