2K have unveiled the full Showcase mode for WWE 2K25. And The Wiseman is going to guide you through it every step of the way.

The Bloodline’s Dynasty will allow players to chronicle the legacies of the extended Anoa’i, Fatu, and Maivia wrestling families while also reliving and changing the history of the era-defining Bloodline saga, that has dominated the WWE landscape for most of the last five years.

Today (February 19) 2K released a brand new trailer for their latest showcase mode, which ties in with cover star Roman Reigns and his unprecedented achievements over the last four-and-a-half years. Everyone from the modern day Bloodline members such as Reigns, The Usos, Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu to Attitude and Ruthless Aggression Era mainstays such as The Rock, Rikishi and Umaga to mid-90s icons like Yokozuna and ’80s trailblazers The Wild Samoans are all featured across the all-encompassing showcase.

Oh yeah, and it’s masterfully narrated by The Wiseman himself, Paul Heyman.

Returning for WWE 2K25 in response to community demand, all Showcase cutscenes now feature in-game cinematic footage, rather than historical live-action footage.

The list of matches in 2K Showcase: The Bloodline’s Dynasty includes:

Heyman’s involvement in the new showcase mode was one of the standout features for us during our recent hands on preview of WWE 2K25 at 2K’s offices in London. Even for video game cutscenes, Heyman is delivering his lines as if he’s actively trying to sell you a PPV package for the next match that you’re about to control. A devotee of Dusty Rhodes and Good ol’ JR Jim Ross, Heyman, for a man who made a name for himself by carrying a giant cell phone with himself everywhere, has no idea how to phone it in. Every melodramatic wince, grimace and victorious balaclava of elation that is etched across Heyman’s face is an indicator of just how devoted the former ECW owner is to his craft.

It is this devotion which really sends WWE 2K25 over the top as an experience. Pro-wrestling lives and dies by the strength of its salespeople, whether they be the promoters, performers or a combination of both. For almost 40 years, Heyman has worked tirelessly to be the best at talking people into seats in arenas and in front of television sets around the world. Now he’s doing the same with games consoles. A masterstroke in casting from 2K.

Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa, plus Bloodline family members the Wild Samoans, The Islanders, and The Headshrinkers all make their 2K franchise debuts on WWE 2K25 as part of a 300+ strong roster that is officially the largest in 2K Games history.https://pubity.com/full-wwe-2k25-roster-reveal-over-300-playable-characters/
