- Walton Goggins wowed fans in the season finale of The White Lotus
- And now the actor has shared a series of photos dedicated to his co-star and on-screen wife Amy Lou Wood
- Goggins set the montage to one of music’s most well-known break-up songs

Fans of The White Lotus (and Walton Goggins!) were left devastated this week – as series three of the hit HBO show officially came to a close.
And although – don’t worry! – this is a spoiler free story, it’s clear that some of the cast are also finding it difficult to leave their characters behind.
Viewers have spent weeks watching Aimee Lou Wood, 31, and Goggins, 53, navigate their on-screen relationship as Rick and Chelsea Hatchett in the third season.
And now Goggins has delighted fans by sharing a bizarre-yet-lovely tribute to his younger co-star.
The actor posted a series of 18 photos of Wood to his Instagram story, and set the montage to Fleetwood Mac’s Silver Springs.
The break-up song has become a fan favorite, largely thanks to Stevie Nicks’s 1997 performance of the track, when she glared at her ex-lover and band guitarist Lindsey Buckingham for the entire performance.
While some said they were “obsessed” with Goggins’s posts, others said they left them “crying”.
“Love that he made a whole heartbreaking post about them,” another went on. “Like he effing felt that, he’s one of us.”
Someone else said, “Now why did I tear up watching that.? He’s such a lover.”
Other fans weren’t as impressed

However, other fans were less than impressed with the sweet tribute – as Goggins has been married for 14 years to Nadia Conners.
“His wife is God’s strongest soldier,” wrote one. Another speculated, “They had super strong chemistry tbh. It wouldn’t surprise me if they had an affair while filming the show.
“I find him very charming, and I remind you they were together shooting the show for 6 months in Thailand.”
A third went on, “Love them, but I wouldn’t be thrilled with the public love fest between these two if it were my husband. At all.”
But other fans were quick to back Goggins up.
“There is a process to ‘releasing a character’,” they explained. “These people spent six months together bonding into their roles as a couple and you can’t just turn it off.
“It’s a process to release the layers and actually mourn the loss. How generous of him to share his process.”
Another added, “His wife Nadia Conners also works in the industry as a writer/director! Actors are weird because it’s a weird job. Ultimately I find it sweet and platonic.”
Walton Goggins pays tribute to Amy Lou Wood
It’s far from the first post Goggins has shared about his experience on The White Lotus.
Not long after the season finale, the star took to Instagram to pay tribute to series creator Mike White and the love story that was crafted between Rick and Chelsea.
Goggins thanked the entire cast and crew, with a special shoutout reserved for Sam Rockwell, who played Rick’s best friend Frank.
Alongside a series of stills from the final episode and some behind the scenes shots from Thailand in general, Goggins wrote, “Rick + Chelsea. With the heaviest of hearts… To me, ours was a love story. It was only ever a love story, hindered by unresolved, childhood trauma.
“We all have them… but can we move past them. In the depths of our despair there is always beauty around us.
“If we can sit with our pain, just sit with it… not react… not be defined by it…It’s there… The love the world is constantly giving in any given moment is there. Always waiting for us to see it… Trust me I know.”
