She’s the star of Wicked.

And after the Jon M. Chu directed movie made its debut on November 22, Cynthia Erivo has flown into the limelight.

Although the accomplished performer has already enjoyed a successful HOW LONG career, taking on the lead role of Elphaba in the film adaptation of the Broadway musical has certainly helped to boost Erivo’s profile.

But what is Erivo’s estimated fortune? Pubity.com takes a look…

What is Cynthia Erivo’s net worth?

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Erivo has plenty of dollars in the bank – $3 million at an estimate.

A third of this has come from her role on Wicked.

However, while a million dollars is of course a huge amount of money, it’s a fraction of what her co-star Ariana Grande earned – as the singer reportedly took home a whopping $15 million.

What has Cynthia Erivo earned from her time as a performer?

An accomplished singer and actor, Erivo first gained recognition for her role in the Broadway production of The Color Purple as Celie Harris. She began her run in the show in 2015 and the following year she won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical.

From there, Cynthia landed roles in movies like Bad Times at the El Royale and Widows.

Erivo then went on to play Aretha Franklin in the television series Genius, and was a voice actor for a role in the animated film The Boss Baby: Back in Business.

It was Erivo’s role as Harriet Tubman in the 2019 biopic Harriet which really cemented her as a star – and the part also earned her two separate Academy Award nominations.

Does Cynthia Erivo have any brand deals?

As of yet, Erivo hasn’t worked with any brands, to our knowledge.

But with the movie set to make her a household name, watch this space…
